About the Role
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and ambitious intern Architect to join our team. As an intern Architect, you will be working on a preparation DPR of Urban Project By Local Government (A Probono Project) alongside experienced architects and designers. The role requires a student pursuing Bachelor of Urban Design with a minimum duration of internship of 3 to 6 months. The ideal candidate is an enthusiast in socially relevant Architectural/Urban Projects, with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively. This internship is unpaid and the candidate should be willing to learn and take on new challenges. The intern should also have the flexibility to work in evenings and weekends as necessary. The intern will be given exposure to other Architectural Projects, site visits, and Architectural drawing and Presentation. This is an excellent opportunity for a student to gain practical experience in the field of architecture and to develop their skills in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Assist in the preparation of architectural drawings and presentations
·        Participate in site visits and assist with field measurements and documentation
·        Assist in the coordination of project deliverables and timelines
·        Assist with the preparation of project documents and specifications
·        Participate in project meetings and contribute to design discussions
·        Willing to undertake Pro bono government Urban Project/other Projects
Qualifications:

·        Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Urban Design
·        Strong understanding of architectural design principles and building codes
·        Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
·        Strong communication and presentation skills
·        Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
·        Willingness to learn and take on new challenges

Office working hours will be from 9:00am to 5:00pm
